RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly repair, replace within 6 months, any Ryan Storer product deemed defective due to workmanship or material. 

 

 

We do not usually offer exchange or refund on pieces that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, mishandling or negligence. 

 

 

Please note, no exchange or refund will be given if you have simply changed your mind but If the piece doesn’t fit, We offer exchange but you have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. To return items they must be in their original condition – unworn, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.

 

 

Made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.

 

 

Items that are discounted by 50% or greater including products that are indicated as Final Sale in the description cannot be returned. 

 

 


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

 

 


Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at eshop@ryanstorer.com stating the reason for your return. Please include all details of the item you wish to return. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note.

You will receive a returns authorisation number (RA#). Without this number the return will not be accepted. Include the completed form and securely repackage your returning item.

 

 

For International returns please return to RYAN STORER within 7 days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside this time (without agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you. Please ship via a trackable method and provide the tracking details to RYAN STORER.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process from when the items arrive at RYAN STORER to the credit appearing in your bank account. We will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment) minus the return shipping charge. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place.

 

 

Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a refund or a credit note. 

 

 

If your returning item(s) is non-refundable you will receive a Store Credit Note, via post or email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned and with 1 year validity (and not redeemable in cash).

 

 

RYAN STORER reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.

 

 

Please note shipping costs will not be refunded for returns due to incorrect addresses.
